HR-IR (HUMAN RESOURCES-INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS)

Job Location: Subang, West Java

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• GPA minimum 3.0 scale 4
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position, especially in HR position and preferably from manufacturing company
• Fresh graduate encouraged to apply
• Familiar with Labor Law (preferred)
• Able to manage industrial & human relations
• Can use MS.Office
• Excellent communication skill, leadership and negotiation skill
• Able to speak in English (at least passive)
• Analytical thinking, honest and responsible
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed in Subang West Java
