We are looking for a GREAT new TEAM MEMBER
to help DEVELOP OUR BUSINESS!

Job Description:
Analysing market & industry development: competitors, customers, vendors
Assist in planning marketing, sales & social media strategy
Set & execute weekly goals for business development
Build relationships with existing customers, always trying to find out what they really want and need
Selling to new customers
Writing content for advertisements, website, and social media (include drafting and editing)
Organizing events & meetings
Writing & compiling brief business reports
Basically doing things that will further develop the business; be it selling, gathering customer requirements, directing product development, engaging vendors for business development needs, and many other interesting things.
Requirements:
- Graduate S1 in Commerce, Marketing, Communication, PR, or similar fields MAX 30 thn
- Good knowledge of (digital & traditional) marketing
- Love working in a TEAM, have high tolerance for others
- ENTHUSIASTIC in your work, technology, and business
- PROACTIVE; always seeking for improvement
- PERSISTENT; get things done no matter what or always finding new ways and ideas to solve a difficult problem
- BRIGHT and CREATIVE; able to think out of the box
- Have great COMMUNICATION skills both spoken and writing
- Enjoy a DYNAMIC work environment with rapid growth
- GREAT INDONESIAN LANGUAGE and good spoken/written English
- Able to work under pressure, especially in meeting deadlines
